As y'all know Aaron participated in the Rally For The Troops, Rally For America in Washington, DC on the 12 April 2003.  This rally was sponsored by the Citizens United Foundation in conjuction with the Young America's Foundation.  To read a couple follow-up articles on this very important support rally, go to:

The first link includes a photo of Aaron with David Bossie, the rally host and President of Citizens United Foundation.  Both links include an exciting link where you can view the entire 3-hour rally online.  (However, the rally online will probably only be available for about two weeks.)  Aaron is introduced by G. GAC's Stars & Stripes Album Showcase Repeat & Made In America

I have been told that Aaron's Stars & Stripes Special on Great American Country (GAC) will air again during the last week or so of April.  So, if you missed this special that aired at the end of March and beginning of April, you will get another chance to view it.  Make sure you check the Great American Country (GAC) site often for updates.

I have also been told that the show, Made In America, that Aaron is to host has been delayed until sometime in May.  Again, make sure you check the Great American Country (GAC) site for updates on this show.

Tippin Will Be At DC Rally

Tippin Will Be At DC Rally -- Aaron Tippin will be in Washington, D.C. to take part in "Rally for the Troops, Rally for America," taking place on the Ellipse located in front of the White House from Noon until 3:00 pm, on Saturday, April 12. The President's yard, so to speak. Tippin will be joining G. Gordon Liddy at the event. Also scheduled to participate in the rally are Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Arnold Schwarzenegger, James Woods, Linda Chavez and others who have shown support for the troops and President Bush. The rally will also provide an opportunity for American families to come out and show their support of our troops by bringing needed supplies such as letters of support, baby wipes, sunscreen, lip balm, dental floss, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and pre-paid international calling cards. Guess those of you who have GAC (Great American Country) noticed that the special, Aaron Tippin Album Showcase, did not debut last night as scheduled.  The special has been delayed a day and will debut tonight, Tuesday, 25 Mar 2003 at 6pm, then repeat at 11pm.  Please note GAC's schedule, What's Hot On GAC! for additional scheduled repeats of this special.

Aaron Tippin And Colonel Aide De Camp

The Colonel -- Aaron Tippin was the guest of honor at the Tennessee Aeronautics Commission Meeting on Thursday, where General Bob Woods presented him with an American flag which had been flown over the capital, in honor of his patriotic efforts. Over the Thanksgiving holiday, Tippin and his band entertained troops stationed at Operation Enduring Freedom Forward Operating Bases, performing free shows, signing autographs and mingling with troops in Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Qatar. Aaron and Thea Tippin's 'Love Like There's No Tomoorow'

Great American Country (GAC) is giving Aaron and Thea's video, 'Love Like There's No Tomorrow' lots of airplay.  How exciting!  From what I was told, this video is supposed to be part of a special to be telecast later.  However, we all know that there is nothing carved in stone in the music industry.  If Aaron and Thea's video does really well and gets lots of requests....  Who knows?  Make sure you request this video.  It's a really great song, and remember, Aaron specifically asked his record label, Lyric Street Records, to release this song.  Let's show him, he made the right decision.

Aaron and Thea Tippin Video Update

I have been told that Aaron and Thea's video, 'Love Like There's No Tomorrow,' which debuted on GAC over this last weekend, was a preview for an upcoming special which includes several videos with several artists.  I am not sure when this special will be telecast.  When I get more information, I will be sure to share it will you.  Supposedly, this video will only be telecast on GAC, not CMT.  Bummer.  Course, I would imagine this could change if Aaron and Thea's song is successful on the charts.  'Love Like There's No Tomorrow' is a terrific song, highlighting what is truly important, especially in today's world.  Make sure you call your local radio stations to request this song.

Aaron Tippin and GAC's 'Made In America'

I'm sure many of you have heard that Aaron is to host a show on GAC called 'Made In America.'  There are twenty-six episodes to be telecast; several have already been taped.  The format of the show is centered around items actually "MADE IN AMERICA."  From what I understand, one of the items to be highlighted is Peterbilt trucks.  Needless to say, that is one episode I would not want to miss.  Love a semi!  Again, I do not have the particulars on when these shows are to air, but as soon as I find out more information, I will share this with you.

Aaron Tippin And Cambridge, MD

Got to see Aaron this weekend on the Delmarva Peninsula.  This is about as close to my home as Aaron has been in the last 7-8 years.  No new show yet, but just as dynamite as always.  And, for me, it couldn't have come at a better time; what a welcome break.  I would imagine the new show will be ready after Aaron returns to the road in May (Remember, Aaron takes off in April to chase the ever elusive gobbler.).  There is a new photo and bumper sticker available at the show, with more new merchandise to come.

Because the big lens to my camera has met an untimely demise and my seat was not the best, I didn't get too many photos.  I did manage to sneak up towards the stage near the end of Aaron's show, so hopefully, I got a few good ones.

Per CountryStars.com:  This week on Great American Country (GAC), FAST FORWARD....  Debuting Friday, 07 March 2002, at 7pm ET is Aaron and Thea's song, 'Love Like There's No Tomorrow.'  Usually, GAC is quicker to release new videos than Country Music Television (CMT).  Those of you who have GAC will have to give those of us who have CMT the lowdown.

For your information, GAC's Fast Forward is hosted each week by nationally syndicated country radio host, Chris Conn.  Each weekend Chris introduces the best (Does Aaron do it any other way? ~Chuckle~ Sounds like a song...) in new country music videos.  Fast Forward premiers every Friday night at 7pm (repeat Midnight) and Saturday afternoon at 3pm (repeat Sunday at 8am and 7pm).
