Turkey, Cranberry Sauce & Afghanistan
-- Aaron Tippin will be eating Thanksgiving turkey in Afghanistan this year. Tippin leaves Nov. 23 on the USO-sponsored Thanksgiving tour that runs through Dec. 3.
Because of military security reasons, the exact locations of Tippin's performances will not be announced. But we do know this, he is scheduled to perform for U.S. troops in several areas within Afghanistan.
Stars & Stripes, Tippin's new album, is due Sept. 10.
