TIPPIN HELPS HONOR FORMER PRESIDENT GEORGE BUSH, SR.

Recently, Aaron Tippin performed for a fundraising event and awards banquet held by Steven Chancellor, president and chief executive of Indiana-based Black Beauty Coal Co.  The evening started as a fundraiser and ended as an awards ceremony.  Former president George Bush, Sr. was awarded the Chancellor Award, which is given to individuals who help protect wildlife and their habitats for sportsmen.  After Aaron sang, he mingled with former president George Bush, Sr., General Schwarzkopf, and actress Bo Derek.  Aaron and General Schwarzkopf met in Saudi Arabia when Aaron was there for his first USO tour, and they enjoyed reminiscing about their experiences in the Middle East.  After seeing and talking with Bo Derek, Aaron stated, "Bo Derek is still a 10!"
