Tippin Heading to Afghanistan

Aaron Tippin has spent many holidays on the road, but he’ll be celebrating Thanksgiving in Afghanistan.  Tippin leaves Nov. 23 on a USO-sponsored Thanksgiving tour that continues through Dec. 3.  Because of military security guidelines, the exact locations of Tippin’s performances will not be announced.  However, he is scheduled to perform for U.S. troops in several areas within Afghanistan.

Tippin’s new album, set for a Sept. 10 release, is titled Stars & Stripes.
